General warranty conditions

1. The guarantee only applies to material and construction defects in the goods and their parts.
All parts that are subject to normal wear and tear (e.g. rubber bands and foam) are excluded from the guarantee claim. In the event of damage or defects within the scope of the guarantee, the buyer must grant North Trampoline the right to subsequent performance and fulfill the necessary conditions for this.

2. The warranty claim expires in the following situations:
in the event of incorrect and/or inappropriate use
if the product has not been assembled and maintained in accordance with the instructions for use if repairs to the product have been carried out improperly
if parts that have been assembled subsequently do not correspond to the technical specifications or have not been assembled correctly
if a product intended for private use has been used commercially and/or in public areas.

3. The assessment of the warranty case is carried out by North Trampoline’s experts on the basis of the warranty conditions.

4. To make a warranty claim, the consumer must be able to prove that the product was purchased from North Trampoline. Therefore, the consumer is advised to keep the receipt. The consumer must be able to show the defects or damages indicated by photos so that the manufacturer can assess whether it is a warranty case or not.

5. The guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser, so the guarantee claim expires as soon as the goods are resold.

Excluded from the guarantee:
  • surface corrosion/rust
  • Material damage caused by wear and tear or other external influences (foreign bodies)
  • Mold or stains caused by moisture, old leaves or similar
  • Sun-bleached parts
  • Wear parts such as rubber bands and foam

What do I do if I want to complain about something?

Send an email to our customer service.
The email must contain the following information: name of the buyer and/or order number, description of the damage, photos of the damage and an overall shot of the trampoline. Our customer service usually responds to your complaint within two working days.

GUARANTEE

Our warranty is legally valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. In addition, we have voluntarily extended our warranty period on individual parts.

We give at least a 1-year warranty on all our products, but in many cases the warranty period is significantly longer. However, our corporate customers only receive a warranty on products intended for commercial use.

All parts that are subject to normal wear and tear (e.g. rubber bands and foam) are excluded from the guarantee claim. In the event of damage or defects within the scope of the guarantee, the buyer must grant North Trampoline the right to subsequent performance and meet the necessary requirements.
 
2. The guarantee claim expires in the following situations:
in the event of incorrect and/or improper use
if the product was not assembled and maintained in accordance with the instructions for use if repairs to the product were carried out improperly
if parts that were subsequently assembled do not correspond to the technical specifications or were not assembled correctly
if a product intended for private use was used commercially and/or in public areas
 
3. The assessment of the guarantee case is carried out by North Trampoline's experts on the basis of the guarantee conditions.
 
4. In order to make a guarantee claim, the consumer must be able to prove that the product was purchased from North Trampoline. The consumer is therefore advised to keep the receipt. The consumer must be able to provide photos of the defects or damages so that the manufacturer can assess whether or not the product is covered by the warranty.
 
5. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser, so the warranty claim expires as soon as the product is resold.

Surface corrosion/rust
Material damage caused by wear or other external influences (foreign bodies)
Mold or stains caused by moisture, old leaves or similar
Parts bleached by the sun
Wear parts such as rubber bands and foam
