How do I clean the padding (cover)?

It is easy to clean with a rag, mild soap and lukewarm water.

Where can I best place the trampoline?

There should be a minimum of 4.5 to 6 meters free airspace above the trampoline, and 1.5 meters clear space around it. There should be sufficient distance from obstacles, potential dangers including power lines, swing sets, play equipment, swimming pools and fences.

The trampoline must be placed on an even surface like grass, and not on hard surfaces like tiles and the like.

How long does it take to assemble the trampoline?

This depends on what model you have, but one can count on a 1–3 hour assembly if you’re two people, following the instruction manual.

The time of disassembling will be somewhat shorter, and the second time assembling the trampoline will be even quicker.

You can find assembly videos of most of our models on our YouTube channel, as well as in our home page.

Do I need a safety net?

The most common injuries by using trampolines are related to, or the lack of, safety nets. The safety net will prevent the jumper falling off the trampoline. In our experience younger kids love to run and play, just as much as jumping – which increases the importance of a safety net.

Where can I find the assembly videos?

On the home page you can find the assembly videos underneath each trampoline. A user manual will also be shipped with the products.

Can the trampolines be used in minus degrees?

Yes, you can jump on the trampolines even in cold weather.

Can the trampoline stay outside during winter?

When it comes to winter storage, we recommend disassembling and taking in the safety net, padding, springs and jump mat. To avoid growing of mold, make sure to store the parts are dry. The parts should be stored in a dry place, out of reach from pests.

Many leave the frame out all winter without any problems. However, for increased durability of the trampoline, we also recommend taking the frame in to store indoors during the winter months. If you live close to the ocean you should bring in the entire trampoline as the sea air increases wear and tear, as well the risk of rust. Feel free to rinse the frame with freshwater as well before disassemble.

If you don’t bring in the springs and the jump mat, you should be aware that any snow that may accumulate on the jump mat can get very heavy. You then risk straining the springs which may result in weaker tension. If you still choose to keep the jump mat outside, we recommend sweeping away snow periodically to avoid needlessly straining the springs.

Why should I invest in a premium trampoline instead of a cheaper one?

We want you to feel confident that you have a safe and great trampoline today, tomorrow and in the future.

When we develop our products, we do so focusing on quality, performance and safety. The frame is sturdy and stable, our paddings and safety nets durable and robust, and the springs are carefully tested and adapted to the size and shape of the trampoline. The trampoline legs are powder coated – which provides extra protection against rust.

Naturally, our trampolines are CE-certified, and we meet all the requirements of applicable regulations. In addition, we test all our trampolines at certified testing institutes and ensure that all parts are of the highest quality.
Under "About North" you can read more about how we work with our products, as well as why the Norwegian X-Games medallist Tiril Sjåstad Christiansen jumps on our trampolines.

How are the dimensions of the trampoline measured?

The specified measurements are the outer dimensions of the frame. In addition, the poles of the safety net are mounted on the outer side of the frame. Look at the photos on the homepage if necessary.

What is the difference between Legend rectangular and Performer?

Both trampolines have a rectangular shape and are designed for the athletic jumper.

Performer Revolution, on the other hand, provides a higher jump and softer landing, as well as a more stable frame. The bounce is optimized for an advanced jumper with its unique springs that produced in Sweden.

The jump mat acts as a pump where the jumper's power moves the air up and down. The jumping mat is also woven with larger holes than on traditional trampolines so that it moves through the air more easily. This saves energy so that one can jump for a longer time.

What are the differences between Pioneer and Legend?

North Pioneer and North Legend are both available in different shapes and sizes. They differ in both construction, assembly, bounce and material. Both are safe and are of high quality, no matter which one chooses.

North Pioneer is a good trampoline that we recommend to families with young children who are buying a trampoline for the first time as it is designed for jump and play. It has a very soft bounce, and is therefore well suited for the very youngest. The safety net is mounted on the inside of the padding so that children can’t access the springs - or the padding itself. This means that the assembly is a bit more intricate than on the Legend, but the assembly video is of great help.

North Legend can fit any age group as you can adjust the bounce. It is also designed for slightly more advanced use such as training, acrobatics, tricks, and the like, for older children and adults. Legend, on the other hand, is sturdier and more robust in construction. The padding and safety net have unique safety solutions that in turn allow you to adapt bounce to your needs. North Legend also has a more user-friendly assembly.

What size should I choose?

The sizes of the jumping area can be found under FACTS on each model. We recommend buying as a large of a trampoline as you can fit. Despite the fact that we'll always recommend jumping one at a time, we know that it's not always realistic. Since there is a larger area to jump on, large trampolines will be safer, especially if there are more jumpers. If it is to be used for tricks and acrobatics, it is also advantageous to have as large a trampoline as possible.

The bounce on the trampoline will be different on a large or small jump mat, where the bounce on a smaller jump mat will be somewhat "quicker" as there is a shorter distance out to the springs. On a larger jump mat the bounce will become somewhat "slower" or "heavier".

That said, both size and shape are a question of what fits the outside area, in addition to the wants and needs of the family.

Where do I find the exact measurements of the trampolines?

Exact measurements can be found under FACTS on each model.

What shape of the trampoline should I buy?

There are several things to consider when choosing the shape of the trampoline.

Round: The round trampoline is a classic, and is perfect for fun and games. The advantage of a round shape is that you get a large jumping are. As the jumper will be constantly pulled in towards the middle, especially if there are more people jumping together, a round shape will be an even safer option.

Oval: An oval trampoline is a great choice, especially if there’s less space in the outside area, as an oval shape is easier to place in a corner. It also provides very good jumping properties. The oblong jumping area is also well suited for tricks and acrobatics as well as playing ball games, such as basketball.

Rectangular: Take a look at our amazing North Performer Revolution – higher jumps, more stable frame and a softer landing. We've revolutionized the bounce! We've also expanded the Legend family with a rectangular trampoline, perfect for those who want that extra bounce with an attractive price tag. North Athlete is a professional model with fantastic performance aimed at experienced jumpers, elite and extreme athletes. It comes without a safety net and is also higher than our other models, and is therefore not suitable for smaller children.

Spare Parts, where can I find them?

There is a large selection of different spare parts on our website. Our customer service will be happy to help you choose the right parts!

Do I need a cover and can I use it with the net installed?

A cover is not necessary for protection from rain . However, if there are trees near the trampoline that lose a lot of flowers, fruit, branches, needles or leaves, a cover can prevent dirt and damage. If the trampoline is not used for a long period of time (e.g. during a vacation trip), covering it can make sense. This protects the material from dirt and UV radiation and prevents unauthorized use. The North tarpaulin can only be put up after the safety net has been removed.

The tarpaulin does not offer any protection against frost and is therefore not suitable for winter protection. We recommend removing the safety net, edge padding, springs and jumping mat for winter storage and storing these parts indoors (e.g. in a garage).

Do I need an Anchor Kit?

We recommend using an anchoring kit if the trampoline is on slightly sloping terrain or is exposed to constant wind. However, the anchoring kit does not guarantee protection against storm damage.
