Other Questions
It is not necessary with the cover to protect against rain, but we do recommend it if the trampoline is placed underneath trees where branches, needles and leaves might fall on the trampoline.
If you’re going to travel for a longer period of time over the summer, you may also want to put the cover, as it protects the padding and the jump mat from UV radiation.
It is normally possible to put the cover on, even if you also have a safety net on the trampoline, but it might get tight at the poles where the safety net is buckled or tied, and in some cases you will have to loosen the net.
If your trampoline is placed somewhere windy, the anchoring set could be beneficial. This is not a guarantee that the trampoline won’t move, and it does not storm proof it, and the like. If there’s a blizzard or strong winds, we recommend to disassemble the trampoline.
North Trampoline uses an independent rating and review service, Trustpilot. It is one of the world's largest platforms when it comes to giving customers an opportunity to give an honest review about their purchase, product and experience. North Trampoline automatically sends out an email a few weeks after the purchase where we ask the customer to review their purchase experience with us. These reviews will be visible on www.trustpilot.com.
We also ask the customer to review the product itself. All received product reviews are presented on the respective product page at northtrampoline.com with a star system where 1 (one) star meaning to the lowest rating and 5 (five) stars meaning to the highest rating. The customer's comment, first name, first letter of the last name and date will also be visible to everyone.
Leaving a review is off course voluntary and we also have no option to change or hide these reviews. Read more at www.trustpilot.com/about.
